GS #36: AI Prompts for Repackaging, Recharging, and Resilient Revenue Streams

What's ahead: Switching things up for a 4-week experiment to bring you AI prompts that "calmify" your business.

👋 First off, a huge THANK YOU for all the love on last week’s baby announcement!

We’ve been slowly making our way through your messages, and just know—every kind word has meant the world to us. We feel so supported and loved by this community!

This week, we’re also trying something a little different for this newsletter...

If you’ve followed us over the past year, you’ve probably seen how much we've been integrating AI into our workflows—adding creating an entire AI prompt companion to Calm Launch Formula, using it to spark content creation, and even help us think through strategy for our business.

We’re genuinely so excited about how these tools can enable more creativity, clarity, and ease for solo creators and business owners.

That said, we know AI isn’t without it's pitfalls, dangers, and negative ramifications. There are real concerns, and we don't plan on ignoring them, we're just comfortable sitting in the messy nuance of trying to parse out the benefits from the costs. Like every major tech advancement, we believe AI isn’t all good or all bad; it’s simply a tool, and when used consciously, it can be an incredibly powerful one. Plus, honestly, we use it a ton and it has been incredibly beneficial to our lives and businesses, so we'd be huge hypocrites if we weren't honest about that with you.

So for the next 4 weeks, instead of sharing a single tactical tip for each category of the Growing Steady framework, we’re going to give you three AI prompts, each one designed to get you thinking about how to make your Calm Creator Business more Predictable, Profitable, and Peaceful.

👉 If you already use AI chat tools like ChatGPT, we hope these prompts help you think differently about your business in just a few seconds.

👉 If you’ve been too intimidated to start, maybe this makes it easier.

👉 And if AI’s not for you? Totally okay. No hard feelings if you decide to unsubscribe.

Repackage an existing offer into a low-ticket, scalable format

Last week, we mentioned that one way to experiment your way through a time of economic uncertainty is to try out different offers at different price points.

But that doesn't necessarily mean having to start over completely from scratch. To do this with less effort, you can use this prompt to help you think of ways to extract specific, smaller solutions from bigger offers you've crafted and make them into scalable, low ticket offers.

Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!

I have existing digital product offers that I’d like to repackage into a more accessible, introductory, lower-priced product.
Here’s a short description of my current offers and the solutions they provide my audience: [write a short bulleted list of your offers, what format they're in (service, online course, etc.) and what problem they solve].
Can you suggest 2–3 creative ways I could reformat these offers into a digital product under $50 that would be easy to deliver and attractive to my audience? Please include what it is, the digital product format, why it works, and recommended pricing.

Feel free to follow-up with any questions about the key information or solutions included if that would help with your brainstorm.

Define your non-negotiables for rest and recovery

We all say we want to work less and live more, but it can be hard when you fall into habits that leave you stressed or procrastinating or up against deadlines that force you to work longer hours than you want.

Something that has worked well for us to create more balance is creating some non-negotiables and rules around our work schedule and rest so that we don't burn the candle at both ends. Use this prompt to get the wheels turning about how you can do the same.

Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!

I'm a business owner trying to grow my brand in a way that avoids burnout, so I want to design a better work week for myself that honors my need for rest and protects my energy.
I typically work [insert number hours each day] and struggle with [insert your main challenge—e.g., overworking, feeling guilty for taking breaks, inconsistent energy, etc.].
What are 3 non-negotiable habits or boundaries I can put in place to support a calmer, more sustainable schedule, along with any advice around mindset to actually protect this time and put this into practice. Encourage me like you would a friendly business coach!

Identify and stabilize your most consistent revenue stream

When things in your business feel a little wobbly—whether it’s your offers, your energy, or the changing market—you don’t need to reinvent your entire business to feel more steady. Sometimes, the simplest move is to double down on what’s already bringing in consistent revenue and make it even easier to maintain.

This prompt will help you identify your most stable income stream and explore ways to turn it into something even more predictable—so you can keep the foundation strong while you experiment elsewhere.

Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!

I’m a business owner with several revenue streams and offers bringing my business income.
Here's a brief overview of my streams of income, along with a rough idea of how much money they bring me per month, and how much that monthly income fluctuates.
[List your revenue streams (to be even more specific, you can break down any digital products by offer or services by package, etc.), and give a rough idea of how much revenue each one makes on average per month, along with how volatile or steady that income is.]
Which one appears to be my most consistent and reliable source of revenue, and what are three ways I could make it even more stable and predictable in the next 90 days?

If you try any of these prompts this week, we’d LOVE to hear what insights they spark. Seriously—hit reply and let us know what came up for you!
