New series! 🍾 Stressful launches? Here's the fix.

New series, who dis?! 👀 🥳

Those of you with a keen eye will notice a slightly different header image this week, and that's because we're officially kicking off a little mini-series to get you amped up for August 26th, when we open up enrollment for our un-boring coaching program, Wandering Aimfully (WAIM) Unlimited, including the release of our newest course, Calm Launch Formula! 🙌 🧘‍♀️ 🚀

If you dream of a thriving online business, selling digital products or programs with predictable sales you can count on, you're going to want to tune in for this!

(And hey, if that's NOT you, maybe hang around anyway, because it's gonna be fun. But either way we'll catch you on the other side come September 16th when we're back with our regular Growing Steady newsletter. 👍)

***

Now, let's get into the goods!

If you're a solopreneur who hasn't yet achieved predictable income, we can guess what your POV looks like most days:

This is what it felt like for us in the beginning too.

Chaos, complexity, constantly switching focus because everything feels urgent 🚨, and trying to juggle everything (mostly) by ourselves.

It can be stressful, overwhelming, and frankly, a real fun-killer.

And the worst part is, wading through all that chaos still often adds up to unpredictable results. 🥴

You know, it's that insecure feeling of working for months on a new offer idea and waking up on Day 1 of a launch with every finger and toe crossed that your payments dashboard will start firing, not knowing if the day will bring you closer to immense financial relief or compounding anxiety. 😬🎢🥴

We hated the roller coaster of it all, and we know you do too.

But even through the challenges and the roadblocks, you still persist. Why?

Because you are working towards the day when you finally have a thriving business that runs smoothly. One that attracts sales effortlessly. One that gives you the financial freedom and time freedom to enjoy a balanced, beautiful life.

There are many paths to that future, but we cracked the code on one of those paths for ourselves through trial and error, and now we are more jazzed than ever to share it with YOU.

We believe the secret to a Calm Creator Business starts with CALM LAUNCHING.

And I know what you're thinking... "Isn't that an oxymoron? Isn't launching stressful as hell?!"

"Doesn't launching mean weeks of endless tasks and planning a million webinars and then sleepless nights as you read your sales page copy for the twelve-hundredth time and wonder if you're even making sense anymore?"

Turns out that's just ONE way to launch—the one way most business coaches out there are teaching.

But it's not the ONLY way.

Our Calm Launch approach is about 3 things:

  1. You're gonna SIMPLIFY.
  2. You're gonna SYSTEMATIZE.
  3. And you're gonna SELL STRATEGICALLY WITH STORYTELLING.

(Whoa, that's a lot of S's! What can we say, ssssorry, we love alliteration! 😉)

If you do those three things, you're well on your way to a calm (and profitable!) launch.

These 3 topics are what we're going to cover in this Calm Launch Fundamentals series, and we wrote these emails to address the 3 main problems you face when launching your digital products:

  • Problem #1: You're spread too thin. During your launch, it can feel like you’re juggling a million things. The paid ads to the list-building challenge to the live webinar to the sales page to the pop-up webinar to the early bird discount to the secret checkout to the downsell. PHEW! We're exhausted just typing it.

Yet these are ALL the marketing tactics the gurus have been telling you to do. We'll ditch this frantic strategy so we can SIMPLIFY and show you how to employ less tactics, more effectively.
  • Problem #2: You're fighting overwhelm-induced procrastination. Yes, there are many moving parts to a launch—we won't deny that. But those parts do not have to exist in chaos and disarray.

In Part 2 of this series, we’re going to show you how to SYSTEMATIZE your launches so you can repeat them with ease. Once you have messaging that works, an offer you keep improving, and a task list you can duplicate with the click of a button, launching becomes much easier and overwhelm becomes a thing of the past.
  • Problem #3: You're afraid of failing (with people watching). Launching something new can feel scary, especially when you’re unsure how your audience will respond. It can lead to feelings of insecurity and uncertainty. But your fears are keeping you quiet about the value your offer provides, and that means you're not connecting with your ideal customers who want the solution you're offering.

So, in Part 3, we are going to show you how to SELL STRATEGICALLY WITH STORYTELLING. You’ll learn to speak the language of your ideal audience, and this will help you feel confident in your messaging instead of feeling like a sales-y fraud. When you feel confident in your message, you can courageously connect and move past fear into action.

Lastly, how does all this relate to what you really want—a thriving, calm business that doesn’t lead to burnout?”

Well, if we had to boil down what we know about running a profitable-yet-balanced online business, it would be these three things (we'll call them the “Calm Business Trifecta"):

1) an irresistible offer that you can sell with repeatable launches;
2) an engaged audience you grow with a sustainable content system; and
3) a peaceful daily schedule that comes from an enough mindset.

If you can nail these three things, your business (and your life) can literally transform. So...

Calm Launching is your first crucial step to a Calm Business.

And that's why we're excited to bring you this series!

If you dream of a business that is predictable, profitable and peaceful (which is why you signed up for this newsletter in the first place!), then keep an eye out for our next three emails.

Identify your irresistible offer

Since we’re all about taking action around here, your action step this week is to:

Pick ONE of your digital products to be your core offer.

It could be a course, a template, a membership, a program, a workshop, a mastermind—whatever you think connects best with who you're trying to help.

It could be something you’ve tried to sell before or it could be a new offer altogether.

Think about your audience, their problems, and what you have to offer that could provide a solution.

Now, in the next three weeks, as you work through this series, we want you to start planning an open and closed launch of this offer. We’re gonna help you get a major head start to your next Calm Launch. You ready for it?

And.... If you’re feeling frisky, HIT REPLY and tell us what this offer is in one sentence.

(This is good practice for describing what you're selling to someone else. 😉)

That's it. Excited to dive in deep with you for the next few weeks. We'll see you next Monday!
