GS #37: 3 AI Prompts for Sustainable Content Creation
What's ahead: Brainstorm audience-building ideas that don’t require being in content creation mode 24/7, design a content creation schedule that actually works with your natural energy and rhythms, and get tips for building a small-but-mighty email list engine.
👋 After a powerful Portuguese storm knocked out our Wi-Fi for five days, it's finally back and we can get back to business as usual without worrying if our little hotspot can keep up. (You never know how reliant you are on technology until it's taken away!)
The biggest news in our business world from last week (aside from hosting another great monthly coaching session for members) is...
After three years, we FINALLY came back to Instagram. 🙈🤳🙃
If you've been following us for a while, you know our complicated relationship with social media and the fact that we've had a few false starts over the past two years to make our return.
This time, our approach was: don't worry about strategy or making an efficient content creation system for now, just rip of the band-aid and get going. (Very unlike us!)
So, I (Caroline 👩🏻🦰), at the wise advice of Jason, filmed a short Reel explaining our return, hit post on Friday, and did so WITHOUT one single follow-up content created or planned. 😬
Turns out Jason's idea to just dive in the deep end imperfectly was a smart one, because it shifted me from "planning" mode to "doing" mode and it gave me the spark of inspiration I needed to start coming up with post ideas again.
More on this in the weeks to come, but if you're interested in watching our comeback journey unfold, you can follow us here: @wanderingaimfully.

Brainstorm an audience-building strategy that doesn't require constant content creation
One of our biggest fears going back to Instagram is that familiar trap of being caught on a never-ending hamster wheel. These platforms have a sneaky way of incentivizing you to create more and more content (and before you know it, you're feeling like you need to be "on" 24/7).
Maybe you're wondering if there's a different way to grow an audience that doesn't require constant upkeep. We decided that going back to social media was right for us at this time, but we know that might not be the case for everyone (and that's totally okay!).
This prompt will help you identify some audience-building techniques that don't rely on constant content creation, so you can grow your business without the pressure to always be "on" (because we all deserve to unplug sometimes without our businesses falling apart).
Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!

Please help me develop an audience-building strategy that:
- Focuses on quality over quantity
- Leverages my existing content and expertise
- Uses strategic partnerships or community-building
- Creates systems that scale without requiring my constant attention
For each strategy you suggest, please explain why this approach is effective for someone with limited time, how to implement it with minimal ongoing content creation, what metrics would indicate success, and a simple first step to get started.

Design a content creation schedule that works with your natural rhythms
Speaking of the content creation hamster wheel, let's be honest here: some of that feeling is definitely self-inflicted.
We've been guilty ourselves in the past of setting up a content schedule for ourselves that doesn’t allow room for life’s unexpected curveballs or plenty of downtime. That’s what makes it unsustainable and can often lead to burnout.
If you know you’re someone who tends to set unrealistic expectations for your creative output, especially as a solo creator juggling multiple roles in your business, then use this prompt to help design a content schedule that prevents burnout while still maintaining the consistency your audience needs.
The key to sustainable content is finding a rhythm that works with your natural energy and business demands (not what some content guru tells you is the “right” way to do it).
Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!
I’m a solopreneur running a [type of business] and I’m struggling to maintain a consistent content creation schedule without burning out. I currently try to post [current frequency] on [platforms], but it often feels overwhelming and unsustainable.
Please help me design a realistic content schedule that:
1. Aligns with my natural energy patterns and available time
2. Maintains enough consistency to keep my audience engaged
3. Incorporates batching and repurposing strategies
4. Includes built-in rest periods and flexibility for life events
Additional context: I have approximately [X hours] per week available for content creation; my highest energy/most creative days tend to be [days of week]; my business typically gets busiest during [busy periods]; the types of content that perform best for me are [content types]; and I have access to these [tools/resources/team members] that could help streamline my process
What would a sustainable monthly content calendar look like for someone in my position, and what systems can I implement to make it easier to maintain long-term?

Tips for building a small-but-mighty email list engine
When we think of content creation these days, we typically think of social media platforms first. But, STILL in 2025, we believe your email list is your most steady and predictable business growth engine. This doesn't mean it's best for finding NEW people, but it is best for nurturing potential customers and driving sales of your offers.
And the good news is, you don't need thousands of subscribers to create predictable revenue—you just need engaged readers who trust you (quality over quantity, always). Use this prompt to help you focus on building and nurturing a high-quality email list that actually converts.
Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!
I’m a [type of business owner] selling [digital products] to [target audience]. I’m struggling to build and nurture an email list that actually converts to sales. I currently have [current subscriber count] subscribers with an open rate of approximately [open rate].
Please help me develop a strategy for building a small but mighty email list that:
1. Attracts highly qualified subscribers who are likely to purchase my offers: [list your offers]
2. Creates a nurturing bond with my readers that builds trust and demonstrates value
3. Includes strategic callouts to my offers that feel natural, not pushy
For context: My current lead magnet is [current lead magnet]; my email schedule consists of [current sending schedule]; my main product offering is [best offer]; and my best customers typically struggle with [pain point] and want [desired outcome].
What specific steps can I take to create a more engaged list that converts better, even if it grows more slowly than conventional wisdom suggests?
